Grab your molds, little chefs, and let’s make some sweet, creamy, and colorful popsicles!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup dairy-free yogurt (almond, coconut, or soy work great)
- 3 tbsp maple syrup or agave syrup (adjust sweetness to taste)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup blueberry jam
- Optional: Chocolate for drizzle topping
Instructions:
- Prepare the base: In a mixing bowl, combine the dairy-free yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Fill the molds: Pour the yogurt mixture into popsicle molds, alternating with layers of blueberry jam. Use a spoon to swirl the jam and yogurt together for a marbled effect.
- Freeze: Insert sticks into the molds and place them in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight, until completely solid.
- Optional topping: Melt the chocolate and drizzle it over the popsicles. Return them to the freezer for 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
- Serve: Once frozen, remove the pops from the molds. If needed, run warm water over the outside of the molds to help release the pops. Enjoy your refreshing treats!
Notes:
- Feel free to add fresh fruit or a sprinkle of chia seeds for extra texture.
- If you don’t have a popsicle mold, you can use reusable silicone baking cups instead.
