These magic cookie bars are my latest obsession. The crumbly graham cracker crust topped with chocolate chips, coconut flakes, and nuts creates a harmony of flavors and textures. I swear I have not been able to stop nibbling on them. But don’t forget to share!

INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) vegan butter
- 1 1/2 cup gram cracker crumbs
- 14 oz sweetened condensed coconut milk
- 1 package semisweet nondairy chocolate chips
- 1 1/3 cup coconut flakes
- 1 cup chopped nuts
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Crush graham crackers in food processor or blender
- Place 13×9-inch pan with vegan butter in the oven until butter is completely melted
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over melted butter
- Spread sweetened condensed coconut milk over crumbs evenly
- Layer chocolate chips, coconut, and nuts on top then use spatula to lightly press down
- Bake for 25-30 min
- Cut bars and enjoy
