Bedtime Chaga Tea Latte (Plus Benefits)

chaga mushroom tea latte recipe and benefits

Enjoy the rich, earthy coffee-like flavor of this tea without the adrenal stimulating and dehydrating effects of a standard coffee-based latte.

Let’s talk about sleep. How much sleep are you getting each night? Do you have trouble falling asleep and/or staying asleep throughout the night?

If you answered yes to at least one of these questions then you officially have some form of insomnia. But the truth is that most people do.

It’s honestly insane how much of the world, myself included, have gone through our daily routine sleep-deprived and fatigued.

Which is exactly why I used herbal chamomile tea with lavender by Traditional Medicinals in this recipe especially for my fellow insomniacs because everyone deserves a good night’s rest.

(By the way, I am not sponsored by Traditional Medicinals, but I absolutely love their teas)

Another perfect reason to drink this bedtime tea is its overall taste. Although I don’t drink caffeine now, I used to be a sucker for coffee which means I definitely know the elements that make up a good latte.

This recipe is just an herbal version that can satisfy late-night cravings for something sweet while slowly lulling you into that oh so blissful state of peace we call sleep.

Not only does Chaga create that traditional latte taste, but it provides many health benefits. It would be a disservice to you all to go straight into the recipe without at least some information about Chaga.
